Designing or selecting a plan is the first step in building a new home. Kevin works with his customers from the very beginning helping them design a plan that meets their individual needs and creating a home with a distinctive look they can be proud of for years to come.

Kevin believes that good communication is the key to making the home building process successful. And along with that comes a good relationship with his customers, a fun process, and a happy home owner! Zome’s will make your home stand out from the rest by adding just the right touches; with a custom fireplace, aged wood ceiling beams or a custom wine cellar, turning an average home into a spectacular home.  

Kevin makes a point to be on the job site during every vital point of the home building process; making sure things are done the way the customer wants them to be done. Zome’s Construction has a group of subcontractors and suppliers that share his goal to create quality homes with an affordable cost. He uses only top-of-the-line equipment, quality materials, and state-of-the-art technology from the basement walls to the roof in every home.
